If you are unable to start a parking session, please check the following:
Updating Your Payment Method
If the outstanding payment is linked to your EasyPark account, updating your payment method most likely resolve the issue. By providing valid payment information, you allow us to process any pending charges, which should re-activate your account.
Do you have a valid permit?
Make sure your permit is valid for the area you're parking in. Check the parking signs. You can verify your permit at the point of purchase.
Important information during app downtime
If the app is down, we recommend using the payment machines in the area to pay for parking.
Remember, if you are unable to start a parking session through the EasyPark app for any unknown reason, you are responsible for registering your parking with an alternative payment method, such as the machine in the area.
