Are you having trouble adding a new vehicle to the app?
If you receive the error message "Problems with a previous session" when trying to add a new car to your app, it means that the vehicle is temporarily blocked in the EasyPark system due to an outstanding payment on another account.
If you share the car with someone else, or have recently lent it to a friend or family member, we recommend that you check with them to see if they might have any unpaid parking fees on their EasyPark account. Once the outstanding amount is paid, the block will be lifted, and you can add the vehicle to your app.
If you are the new owner or sole user of the vehicle, please provide us with documentation of this so that we can manually lift the block.
