Error Code

Error codes can occur for various reasons. Try the following to resolve the issue:

  • Ensure that both the EasyPark app and your phone's operating system are updated to the latest version.

  • Check that you have a stable internet connection and sufficient coverage in the area.

  • Check that airplane mode is not activated.

Cannot connect to server

This problem may be due to your connection or temporary server errors. Here's how to resolve it:

  • Check that you are connected to a network (Wi-Fi or mobile network) and that the coverage is good.

  • Deactivate airplane mode if it is activated.

  • Reinstall the EasyPark app and update both the app and your operating system to the latest version.

  • There may be a temporary server error. Wait a few minutes and try again.

Connection problem

Connection problems can often be resolved with a few simple steps:

  • Check that you are connected to Wi-Fi or a mobile network and that you have good coverage.

  • Ensure that airplane mode is deactivated.

  • Reinstall the app and update it to the latest version along with your phone's operating system.

If the problem is due to app downtime, we recommend using the payment machines in the area.

EasyPark does not issue fines – this is enforced by the parking operators. Make sure you have valid parking to avoid fees.
