I’m not receiving the SMS verification code

If you’re not receiving an SMS when logging into the app:

  • Update the app: Make sure you have the latest version of the EasyPark app.

  • Reinstall the app: Delete the app and download it again from the App Store or Google Play.

  • Update the operating system: Check that your phone’s operating system is updated to the latest version.

If you're not receiving the SMS when logging into the website:

  • Check login information: Ensure you've entered the correct details.

  • Change your password: If the problem persists, try changing your password to a new and unique one. This may resolve issues related to previous leaks.

  • Try email instead: If SMS verification still doesn’t work, send the verification to the email address registered on your account (if available).

  • Try a different browser: If nothing else works, try logging in via a different browser, such as Chrome or Safari.
