Are you having trouble logging in to the app?
No worries, here are the most common reasons and how to fix them.
Incorrect phone number entered: Double-check that you have entered the correct phone number, including the correct country code.
Phone's operating system: If your phone is too old, the operating system may no longer support the app.
iPhone/iOS: Older than iOS 16.
Android: 14 or older.
Verification failed: You may be asked to enter a license plate number previously used in the app as multi-factor authentication. Ensure that you enter the correct license plate number associated with your account.
No verification code received: Sometimes it can take a few minutes for the code to arrive.
Security block after too many failed attempts: If you entered incorrect information too many times, the system may temporarily block access. Wait a little while before trying again.
Error when entering the code: Make sure you copy the verification code exactly as it appears. The code expires after a short time, so request a new one if necessary.
Clear cache or device settings: Try the following: Force quit and reopen the EasyPark app. Clear your device's cache (on Android). Reinstall the app.
