What to do if parking was started in the wrong vehicle
Did you accidentally start your parking session for a different car than the one you actually parked?
If you've already started parking on the wrong vehicle, normally you won't be able to change the license plate on that session. In this case, you'll need to end the incorrect parking session right away and then start a new parking session with the correct vehicle.
Kindly note that once a parking session has concluded, the registered license plate number cannot be modified. Consequently, we are unable to alter the parking fee or issue a refund. This also apply for long term parking sessions.
Starting on the wrong car can also come with a few risks:
Parking Fine: You might receive a parking fine if the license plate registered in the app doesn't match the car that's actually parked.
