Report incorrect charges

If you see a charge you believe is incorrect, we greatly appreciate you letting us know. We want to correct any errors as quickly as possible, but please note that the matter must be processed manually, and we can only offer refunds in accordance with our terms and conditions.
Please contact our customer service, and we will investigate the matter further and follow up.

Waiting for a refund?

If you’ve already contacted EasyPark about a disputed amount and received confirmation that a refund will be issued, here’s what applies:

  • In most cases where a parking fee is incorrect, approval from the parking operator is required before the refund can be processed. We’ll notify you as soon as we receive a response from the operator.
    Once the approval is in place, the amount will be credited to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
    Please allow 2–4 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • If you haven’t yet received a message or confirmation about a refund, you can usually expect a response shortly.
