How does the parking operator know I’ve paid?
The parking operator manages the parking area, and there are both private and municipal operators. Parking attendants check your parking by searching for your vehicle’s license plate.

For the parking attendants to verify that your parking is paid, you must ensure that you’ve started the parking session with the correct license plate and rate group in the app.Personal License Plate
Do you have a personal license plate? If so, make sure to add it to the app before starting your parking session. Once parking is activated under your personal license plate, the parking attendant will be able to see your vehicle’s plate number during the check.
Important: Always pay for parking using the license plate that matches your vehicle.
