How to find the correct area code
Start by checking that the area code displayed in the app matches the EasyPark signage at the exact location where you have parked your vehicle.
There are two easy ways to begin your parking session:
Enter the Area Code Manually: Tap on the magnifying glass or "Search address or area code", and type in the parking area code you see on the local signage.
Select from the Map: You can also browse the map, which may suggest area codes nearby your current location.
Why Are the Suggested Areas Inaccurate?
The area code suggestions you see before you start typing are based on your previous search history within the EasyPark app.
Once you manually enter an area code, please always verify that it correctly matches:
The parking area code displayed on the sign at your parking spot.
The country where you are currently parking.
Note:
To use the EasyPark app, you must allow Location Services on your phone. Without this, the app won’t be able to determine your location.
