How to Spot a Scam
We are aware that phishing attempts are being sent out using our name. We understand that fraudulent attempts can create uncertainty, and your safety is our top priority.
Phishing via SMS (SMiShing)
Scammers may send text messages asking you to click a link to complete a payment.
Please note: EasyPark never sends payment links or sensitive information via SMS to private customers. Instead, we always guide you to use the EasyPark app.
Phishing via Email
Similarly, EasyPark never sends emails to private customers about outstanding payments. This means you can assume that any such email you receive is a scam.
If you have clicked on any links
We strongly advise against clicking on any links you may receive.
If you already have, we advise you to contact your bank immediately. They can help secure your account and minimize any potential risk.
If you have an outstanding payment in EasyPark
If you have an outstanding payment in EasyPark, we’ll notify you by SMS. However, we will only direct you to the EasyPark app to update your payment method. It’s completely safe to open the app and manage your payment details there.
You can also easily check for unpaid parking fees directly in the app.
