- Charging session does not start
If the charging session does not start, and the charging station light is yellow or red, this may indicate that the charging station is faulty. Common causes can be network errors, power failures, or other technical issues.
What happens when the charging session doesn't start?
If the EasyPark app does not receive a signal that charging has started within 2 minutes, the session will end automatically.
What you can do
Check that you have selected the correct charging outlet.
Remove the charger from the car, stop charging in the app, restart the charging process, and then insert the cable into the car.
Try a different charging outlet or a different charger.
Move the car to an area designated for parking only.
If this doesn't work
Contact the operator: EasyPark does not have direct access to the charging stations, so if there is a problem with the charging station, you must contact the relevant charging operator.
Find the operator: Information about who operates the charging station should be specified on the information sign or on the charging station itself.
Contact EasyPark: If you cannot find information about the operator, you can contact EasyPark customer service. We can connect you with the correct operator to get help with the problem
