Does the charging fee include parking?

Charging and Parking Fees

Charging and parking fees can vary depending on the area.

• Included Parking Fee: In some pricing zones, both charging and parking are included in a single price. This will be clearly indicated in the app, where the area name will show “Charging + Parking.” In these cases, you’ll be charged for both services together.

• Separate Charging and Parking Fees: In other cases, charging applies only to the charging session, and parking must be started separately before you begin charging. This means you’ll first need to start parking in the correct pricing zone (e.g., at a parking area) and then select the charging session on the map. You will be billed separately for both services.

• Camera Areas: If you’re parking in an area with camera-based parking, you must first start the parking session in the app (or pay at the machine on-site) before starting the charging session. If you don't properly start the parking session in the app, the parking operator will issue an invoice for parking.

Note: In cases where both parking and charging occur on the same day, you may be charged for both fees together, and this will appear as a single transaction on your payment method within 1-2 business days.
