I did not receive the Original Invoice

If you did not receive the original invoice, please take the following steps:

  • Check your registered payment method.

  • Verify your registered email address if you receive PDF invoices via email.

To update an incorrect payment method or invoice email, please log in to the Self service portal.

You can also access a copy of a missing invoice in the self-service portal under "Payment history" in the bar on the left.
