Managing time- and car restrictions for your team!
As the account administrator you can easily set guidelines for when and which cars your team can park. You've got the power in our self-service portal! Here's how:
Once you're logged in as the admin, just find "Restrictions" in the main menu – it's right there!
Setting Time restricitons for Parking:
Need to control when parking can start? Click on "Time." Here, you can set specific days and time slots when parking is allowed. Super handy for managing work hours!
Select Which Cars Can Park:
Want to manage which cars can park under your business account? Just click on "Cars." You'll see a few different options for setting restrictions, so you can pick what works best for your team's needs.
Important Note About Time restriction and camera parking:
You can't use time restrictions at the same time as camera parking. If some of your team often park in garages or other areas where parking starts automatically with cameras, we recommend removing any time restrictions for those users and their cars in the self-service portal. This will ensure smooth automatic parking for them.
