Want to make a few changes to your company details in EasyPark?
The person who's listed as the main contact for your account is the one who can make these changes in the account details.
Here's how:
Log in to the self-service portal on our website.
On the bar to the left, just click on “Account details”.

That's it! You'll find all the fields you need to update your company information there.
Here's what the administrator can update:
Company name
First name
Last name
Connected phone number
Email address
It is not possible to change the company's organization number in the Self-Service Portal. If your company has been deleted or you have a new organization number, please contact our customer service.
Important Note: While we can create login access to more people on your team, only the main contact person can edit these specific account details. This helps keep your company's core information consistent.
