What can you manage in the Self service portal?

As a business account administrator, you can log in to the EasyPark self-service portal to handle administrative tasks for your account. This gives you direct access to key information and the ability to manage settings when you need to—without waiting in phone queues.

Update Account Details

  • Change address and other company-related information.

Manage Users

  • Add or remove users from the business account.

  • Manage user access and update permissions.

Invoices and Payments

  • Download invoices and check the status of outstanding payments.

  • Add or update cost centers and payment methods (e.g., credit/debit cards).

  • Edit card payment details as needed.

Parking History

  • Go to the menu and select "Parkings" to see all parking sessions.

  • Filter and Export:

    Customize the view using filters such as:

    • Time period (e.g., specific month or week)

    • Users, license plates, or cost centers

Restrictions

  • Set vehicle and time restrictions for employee parking.

Cost center

  • Add or change cost center on users.
