Kindly note: that the standard notice period is the current month plus one additional month, and this may be applicable to your account.
Close users
To terminate access for individual users or employees associated with your business account, this can be managed via the self-service portal on our website. Please be aware that the standard notice period of the current month plus one additional month also applies to the removal of user access.
