Manage Notifications in the App
You can easily control which notifications you want to receive in the EasyPark app. Follow these simple steps to customize your settings:
Open the Menu
Tap the menu icon at the top right or left of the app, and select "Notification Settings."Choose Your Preferred Notification Method
SMS or Push Notification
You can choose whether you'd like to receive notifications via SMS (1 NOK per SMS) or push notifications (free). Both options can be managed based on your preferences.
Available Notifications
Here you can manage the following notifications:
Active Parking
Receive a reminder about your active parking. You can select the time interval when you want to be notified.Parking Expiry
Get a reminder before your parking session expires. You can choose how far in advance you’d like to be notified.Parking Ended
Be notified when your parking session has ended. This is especially useful if you have license plate recognition enabled, as you’ll be alerted when a camera parking session has been automatically ended.
Marketing Communication
Want to receive news and special offers? You can choose to enable marketing communication and receive email, SMS, or push notifications with relevant offers.
Receipts via Email
You can also opt to have receipts automatically sent to your email for each parking or charge.
