Close account

We're sorry to see you go! Here's how you can close your private EasyPark account.

Via the EasyPark App

1. Open the EasyPark app.

2. Navigate to Menu > Account.

3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.

4. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the deletion.

5. You’ll receive a confirmation once it’s complete.

Via the Self service portal

1. Go to the EasyPark account management page.

2. Log in with your credentials.

3. Scroll to the bottom and click Delete Account.

4. Follow the steps shown on screen.

Note: Deleting your account will remove access to your data, including receipts and parking history.
