I can't log in to the app

  1. Make sure you entered the correct password.
    If you've forgotten your password, you can easily reset it by clicking on "Receive a new password via SMS."

  2. Ensure your phone number is entered correctly and that you've selected the right country.
    Note that there should be no zero after the country code.

  3. Check your internet connection.
    If you're still having trouble, it could be an issue with your internet connection, an app update, or the operating system of your smartphone.
