- Post-Parking Fee (FPS)
If you receive an FPS, we invite you to compare the following details on your parking receipt (which you can download by logging into your Customer Area on the EasyPark website) with the information on your FPS (Post-Parking Fee).
You should check that:
The license plate number on the FPS matches the one on your EasyPark receipt.
The date and time of parking on the FPS match those on the EasyPark receipt.
The parking location on the FPS corresponds to the one on the EasyPark receipt.
If all this information matches, we recommend disputing the fine by sending your EasyPark parking receipt to the service mentioned on your FPS.
🔹 Important:
EasyPark is a payment service for parking. We are not responsible for issuing FPS fines and therefore have no authority to modify or cancel them.
