The paid parking fee is paid either from the beginning of parking or by the payment of a post-parking fee (FPS) in case of absence or insufficiency of immediate payment of the royalty.
The amount of the SGF is reduced, if applicable, by the amount of the parking fee already settled in light of the last proof of payment preceding the time at which the notice of payment of the FPS is established by the sworn agent.
