Why is My Account Inactive?

An inactive account is usually due to an expired credit card or one or more unpaid parking sessions.

How to Reactivate Your Account

Update your payment method by re-registering it directly:

• In the app: Go to Menu > Payment

• On the website: Log in at www.easypark.fr, then go to Profile > Edit payment method

Other Possible Reasons & Solutions

If your account remains inactive after updating your payment details, here are some possible causes:

🔹 Card blocked for online or international payments → You may need to unlock your card via your bank’s app or website.
🔹 New credit card not activated → Activate it by making a cash withdrawal or an in-store purchase.
🔹 Spending limit reached or insufficient funds → Check your account balance and limits.
🔹 Bank-imposed restrictions → Your bank may have added new restrictions without prior notice.

If none of these apply, try adding a different card or contact your bank to verify any new restrictions.
