- Why did I receive a fine (FPS)?
There are several reasons why you might have received an FPS. Here are some things to check:
License Plate Number: Make sure you’ve entered the correct license plate number in the app. You can verify this on the parking screen before starting the session.
Zone Code: Always double-check the zone code and ensure that the location provided by the app is correct. Sometimes, your phone's GPS may be turned off, which can affect the location.
Parking Ended: It's possible that your parking session ended, and you didn't extend it.
