How can I log in to the website?

EasyPark manages rights and subscriptions for the following cities:

  1. Visit the respective city website.

  2. Click "Connectez-vous" (Log In).

  3. Enter your registered email address and password. If you forget your password, click "Mot de passe oublié" (Forgot Password) to reset it via email.

  4. If you don’t have an account, click "Inscrivez-vous" (Sign Up).

Why do I need to validate my phone number?

Validating your phone number is essential for using the EasyPark app to manage your subscriptions.

  1. Once logged in, go to "Profil" (Profile).

  2. Under your phone number, click "Valider ici" (Validate Here).

  3. You’ll receive a 4-digit code via SMS.

  4. Enter the code on the website to complete validation.

After this, you can manage your subscriptions directly from the EasyPark app.

How do I request a right?

  1. On the website, go to "Action" and click "Demande de droit" (Request a Right).

  2. Step 1: Choose the right category and select the specific right if needed. A description will appear.

  3. Step 2: Choose the area if necessary.

  4. Step 3: Select the start date for your right. This is separate from the subscription start date.

  5. Step 4: Enter your vehicle’s registration number, model, and brand. You can also add another vehicle at this stage.

  6. Step 5: Save your payment method (or you can do it when buying the subscription).

  7. Step 6: Upload any required documents for the right.

  8. Step 7: Review your request, agree to the terms, and click "Envoyer" (Send) to submit it.

How can I buy a subscription online?

  1. Log in to the website and click "Acheter un abonnement" (Buy a Subscription) under "Action".

  2. Select your right and click "Continuer" (Continue).

Step-by-step:

  1. Choose your subscription.

  2. Confirm the subscription duration and price.

  3. Select a start date (either immediately or a future date).

  4. Choose your payment method: save a card, use one already saved, or pay directly at checkout.

  5. Confirm all details, then click "Valider votre achat" (Confirm Purchase) to complete your purchase.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once the purchase is successful. If the subscription doesn’t appear in your "Droits actifs" (Active Rights), the purchase was not finalized.

How do I renew my right?

  1. On the website, go to "Droits Actifs" (Active Rights) and click "Renouveler le droit" (Renew Right).

  2. Upload the necessary documents.

  3. Click "Confirmation renouvellement" (Confirm Renewal).

Your request will be processed by your city’s services within their chosen timeframe.

How do I buy a subscription when renewing my right?

Make sure to select the active right you want your subscription to start on. If your renewal has already been validated, your new subscription will automatically continue on that right.

How do I manage my subscriptions in the app?

  1. First, validate your phone number (see "Why do I need to validate my phone number?" above).

  2. Open the app and go to "Menu" > "Mes stationnements" (My Parking) > "Abonnements" (Subscriptions).

  3. Select your right to manage subscriptions and be redirected to the website version for easier management and subscription purchases.

How can I change my active vehicle?

  1. Depending on your right and city’s policies, you can switch vehicles under the same right.

  2. To add a new vehicle, upload the required documents. Each vehicle must be approved by the city.

  3. Once validated, go to "Droits actifs" (Active Rights) on the website and click "Changer le véhicule actif" (Change Active Vehicle) to select the new vehicle.

On the app, go to "Menu" > "Mes stationnements" > "Abonnements" > select your right and change your active vehicle.

Note: Only one vehicle can be active per right at a time.

How can I update my payment method?

  1. Go to "Profil" > "Mode de paiement" (Payment Method).

  2. If you have a saved card, click "Modifier" (Edit) and enter the new card details.

  3. If you don’t have a saved card, click "Ajouter" (Add) to enter your card details.

Where can I find my receipts?

  1. Log in to the website, click "Profil" (Profile) > "Reçus" (Receipts).

  2. Click "Voir détails" (View Details) for the right you want.

  3. You can then download your subscription receipt.

How can I update my account details?

  1. In "Profil", click "Coordonnées" (Details) to update your name, address, email, or phone number.

  2. Changing your postal address might result in a new area, requiring a new right request from your city.

How can I change my password?

  1. Log in to the website, go to "Profil" > "Identifiants" (Credentials) > click "Modifier le mot de passe" (Change Password).

  2. Enter your current password, then your new password and confirm it.


Disque Vert
The Disque Vert is a parking permit issued by your city that gives you preferential rates. Contact your city’s services for more information.

Using the EasyPark App:

  1. Create an account in the EasyPark app after downloading it.

  2. Register the vehicle for which the right was validated.

  3. Add a payment method (credit card or PayPal) in "Menu" > "Paiement" (Payment).

  4. Enter the code associated with the Disque Vert zone in your city.

  5. Turn the wheel to select your parking end time. The Disque Vert provides free parking for a set duration based on your city’s rules.

  6. Click "Démarrer le stationnement" (Start Parking).

Using the Voice Service:

  1. Create an account at easypark.fr with the phone number used for parking.

  2. Add a payment method (credit card or PayPal) in "Profil" (Profile).

  3. Register the vehicle associated with your right.

  4. Call 09 77 55 88 00 using the registered phone number.

  5. Enter the Disque Vert zone code for your city.

  6. Select your vehicle (if only one is registered, this is done automatically).

  7. Enter your parking end time (e.g., type 1130# for 11:30).

  8. You’ll hear a confirmation with vehicle details and end time.

When changing your vehicle’s registration, make sure to update it on the app or website to continue using it for parking.
