If your company has subscribed to EasyPark Professional, you’ve received your login credentials via email or SMS. Follow these simple steps to start using the app and easily manage your parking sessions.
Steps to Follow
Download the App and Log In
Download the EasyPark app and log in with the credentials you received.Park Your Vehicle
If location services are enabled, your location and the zone code will be displayed automatically.
If location services are not enabled, move the pointer on the map and manually enter the zone code or parking address
Set Your Parking Duration
Use the wheel to select your desired parking time and press “Start My Parking” to begin.Receive a Notification Before Your Parking Ends
15 minutes before your parking session ends, you’ll receive a notification letting you know it’s almost over.Stop or Extend Your Parking
To stop your parking, press “Stop My Parking”.
If you need more time, press “Extend My Parking”, then select the new duration.
Tips
Keep an eye on your notification to avoid surprises at the end of your parking session.
If you need to extend, don’t wait until the last minute to do so, so you can enjoy a stress-free parking experience.
