As an admin of a business account, you can easily check the status of your invoices (paid/unpaid) directly from our self-service portal. Follow these simple steps to view the status of your invoices.
Steps to Follow
Log in to Your Account
Go to the self-service portal and log in using your admin credentials.Access Payment History
Once logged in, go to the menu and select the "Payment History" option.Check Your Invoice Status
You will see a list of your invoices. In the "Status" column, you can quickly check whether each invoice is paid or unpaid.
Tips
If you need more details about a specific invoice, just click on it to view more information.
Use the filter options to easily find invoices by their status.
