Where can I check my invoice status?

As an admin of a business account, you can easily check the status of your invoices (paid/unpaid) directly from our self-service portal. Follow these simple steps to view the status of your invoices.

Steps to Follow

  1. Log in to Your Account
    Go to the self-service portal and log in using your admin credentials.

  2. Access Payment History
    Once logged in, go to the menu and select the "Payment History" option.

  3. Check Your Invoice Status
    You will see a list of your invoices. In the "Status" column, you can quickly check whether each invoice is paid or unpaid.
