How to use My Account

When the subscription is finalized, the administrator of the company account receives his/her login information (customer-xxxxxxxxxx / client-xxxxxxxxxx) to access the self-service platform. From the platform, the administrator can access information anytime and manage the company account, add/change/remove license plates or users, update the method of payment and visualize invoices and parking history. Log-in HERE. You received your connection information when you opened the account, but you can of course ask again a password (simply click on "Forgot password?").
