How to Manage and Schedule Hours or Impose Vehicle Restrictions on My EasyPark Business Account

As the admin of your business account, you can easily manage, schedule hours, or impose vehicle restrictions for employee parking through the self-service portal.

Steps to Follow

1. Log in to the Self-Service Portal
   Log in as an admin to your account and navigate to the main menu.

2. Manage Hour Restrictions
   To set hour-based restrictions, click on the "Hours" option. You can define specific time ranges during which parking is allowed.

3. Manage Vehicle Restrictions
   To impose vehicle-related restrictions, click on the "Cars" option. This allows you to define which types of vehicles are permitted or restricted based on your business’s needs.

4. Choose the Right Restrictions
   There are various restriction options available to meet your specific business requirements.

5. Compatibility with Automatic CameraPark
   Important Note: Hour-based restrictions are not compatible with Automatic CameraPark. If some employees frequently park in areas managed by automatic cameras (such as garages or automated parking zones), we recommend removing hour restrictions for those users and their vehicles via the self-service portal.
