- Why does the automatic logout happen?
The EasyPark App May Log You Out Automatically If:
Your phone has been disconnected from the internet for more than 30 seconds while using the app.
A security update requires you to verify your login again.
Your password has been changed or there was an attempt to log in from another device.
How to Fix the Issue?
1. Check Your Internet Connection
Ensure you have a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.
If the signal is weak, try connecting to a different network.
2. Update the App and Your Phone’s System
Open the App Store or Google Play and check if EasyPark is up to date.
Make sure your phone's operating system is updated.
3. Reinstall the App
Uninstall the EasyPark app.
Restart your phone.
Reinstall the app from the App Store or Google Play.
Log in using your credentials.
