Why does the automatic logout happen?

The EasyPark App May Log You Out Automatically If:

  • Your phone has been disconnected from the internet for more than 30 seconds while using the app.

  • A security update requires you to verify your login again.

  • Your password has been changed or there was an attempt to log in from another device.

How to Fix the Issue?

1. Check Your Internet Connection

  • Ensure you have a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection.

  • If the signal is weak, try connecting to a different network.

2. Update the App and Your Phone’s System

  • Open the App Store or Google Play and check if EasyPark is up to date.

  • Make sure your phone's operating system is updated.

3. Reinstall the App

  • Uninstall the EasyPark app.

  • Restart your phone.

  • Reinstall the app from the App Store or Google Play.

  • Log in using your credentials.
