Managing Parking Time Restrictions and Vehicles

EasyPark allows businesses to set parking rules, such as restricting the use of company vehicles outside working hours.

Available Restrictions:

• Setting maximum parking duration for selected vehicles.

• Defining working days and hours when the business account can be used.

• Managing approved vehicles for specific payment groups.

How to Set Time Restrictions?

1. Log in to the EasyPark Business Account Self-service portal through our website.

2. Go to Parking Restrictions and set the rules for payment groups.

3. Define working days and hours when employees can use the business account.

4. In the Vehicle Restrictions section, specify the list of approved vehicles.

Important Notice:

• Time restrictions are not compatible with automatic camera-based parking.

• If employees frequently park in garages with camera-based systems, we recommend removing time restrictions for these users.
