Seeing a parking charge that you don’t recognize? Here are a few other things to consider.
Is the parking in your app? Take a look at your parking history in the EasyPark app. Do you see this parking session listed there? If not please check your subscriptions at at the pricing plans menu.
If the parking isn't showing up in your app, please consider the following:
EasyPark Subscription? Do you have a subscription with us? This charge might appear even if you haven't actively parked recently. You can check your subscriptions in the app under "Menu" and then "Subscriptions."
