Will my payment method remain the same?

Your payment method will not be automatically transferred and must be updated in the EasyPark app once your account transfer is completed.

Instead of the MPLA card, which will no longer be supported, you will have access to standard, secure payment methods such as:

  • Credit and debit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express)

  • Mobile payment options (Google Pay, Apple Pay)

  • Invoice-based payments for businesses

Available payment methods may vary by country.

Do I need to create a new account?

In most cases, your MPLA account will be automatically transferred. However, you will need to re-enter your payment method in the EasyPark app after the transition is complete.

When the time comes to move to EasyPark, you will receive all necessary instructions directly in the MPLA app. The transfer only takes a few minutes.
