Identify Suspicious Messages
Look for unusual links or QR codes. If you are unsure about the source, do not click on them.
Check for grammatical errors or strange wording. Official EasyPark messages are always clear and professional.
Be cautious of requests for sensitive information. EasyPark will never ask for your password, payment details, or other personal data via SMS or email.
Ignore unexpected offers or winnings. If you receive a message about a prize or discount that you did not request, it could be fraudulent.
Verify the Sender
Official emails from EasyPark end in @easypark.cz or other verified domains.
If the sender’s email or phone number looks suspicious, do not engage with the message.
Do Not Click on Unknown Links or Download Attachments
Malicious links can lead to fake login pages designed to steal your information.
Attachments may contain harmful software.
Contact Customer Support for Verification
If you receive a suspicious message, forward it to podpora@easypark.cz for verification.
