How to Switch from MPLA to EasyPark?

The transition to EasyPark is quick and simple. Users have two options to create an account in the EasyPark app:

1. Automatic Transfer from MPLA
   If you receive a prompt to transfer your account in the MPLA app, follow the on-screen instructions. The transfer process takes only a few minutes, and once completed, you can start using EasyPark immediately.

2. Manual Registration in EasyPark
   If you do not receive a transfer prompt, you can download the EasyPark app from the App Store or Google Play and create a new account manually.

Important Steps for the Transition

• Download the EasyPark app from the App Store or Google Play.

• Log in using your MPLA credentials (if possible) or create a new account.

• Enter a payment method, as it will not be transferred from MPLA and must be set up again.

• Verify your vehicle’s license plate number (SPZ) to ensure seamless parking.
