Parking is still ongoing

In most cases, parking with a camera will automatically end when you exit the parking facility. However, if your parking session remains active, you have two options to manually end it.

Setting an End Time in the App

If the parking session is still running, you can manually stop it by following these steps:

• Open the EasyPark app.

• Go to the active parking section and scroll down.

• Click on "My parking did not end, set end time."

• Click "Continue" and confirm.

This will immediately end the parking session.
