A smooth transition, built around you
Soon, you'll be able to migrate your 4411 account to EasyPark Business and enjoy all the benefits that come with it. Depending on the size of your business, the process may vary: smaller businesses can get started through a simple guided activation, while larger organizations receive dedicated support every step of the way.
In the meantime, you can continue parking as usual while we take care of the transition behind the scenes. A user guide will soon be provided for you to ensure nothing gets missed along the way of the process.
By joining the EasyPark family, your business gains access to a broader network, better tools, and a platform trusted by businesses across Europe — while keeping everything that works well today.
For businesses with fewer than 10 users
Your account will be migrated automatically. If you manage a multi-user account (admin role): you'll complete the setup on behalf of your team. Once you've activated, your users will receive a notification confirming their transfer to EasyPark — nothing required from them. Users who also have a personal account will have to transfer their personal account separately.

You'll receive an invitation
You will receive a notification in the app with a detailed explanation of all the steps you need to take to transfer your account. Next to this, keep an eye on your email and SMS messages.
Check and confirm your credentials
After transferring, log in to the EasyPark app and verify your account details. Your debit card will be automatically transferred; any other or additional payment methods needs to be added. A quick check ensures that everything is set up correctly from the start.

That's all it takes. Your account is live and set up. Your team can start parking with EasyPark straight away.

For larger businesses with over 10 users
Your migration will be guided by our sales team to make sure everything is set up exactly right for your organisation. We'll agree on a migration date together and walk you through each step personally.

Your action checklist
There is one important step for all businesses we recommend before the transition is complete
The good news: there's very little you need to do. Your migration will happen automatically once you receive your invitation or guidance from our team.
Save your parking history. The 4411 app will remain available for a short time after migration, but not indefinitely. Before it closes, please download any invoices, statements, or receipts you may need for your records.
How to save your data:
In the 4411 app: Go to Account → Invoices, then download and save any open or paid statements.
On my.4411.be: Log in with your mobile number and password, click Invoices in the menu, and download your statements.
We recommend doing this at your earliest convenience so nothing important is missed.
