4411 is becoming EasyPark!
4411 is now part of Arrive, and we want to share an update about how this will benefit you. 4411 will soon become EasyPark across Belgium, making it much easier to find, start, and manage your parking.

What happens now?
The transition to EasyPark will start on [DATE 2026] and will be completed in phases, depending on the city. As EasyPark becomes available in your area, the parking services in the 4411 app will gradually stop working.
You don’t need to do anything just yet, once you receive an invitation, you can transfer your account. This will be sent via email, in-app, and push notifications from your 4411 app.
Saving your information
Even after parking services stop, the 4411 app will remain available for a short time. Take a moment to download your parking history and receipts so you can keep any information that’s important to you.
You can save your invoices and statements in two simple ways:
In the 4411 app: Go to “Account”, select “Invoices”, then view, download, and save any open or paid statements.
On my.4411.be: Log in with your mobile number and password, click “Invoices” in the menu, and download all your statements.
