I'm not receiving the SMS verification code

Not receiving SMS on the phone:

If you're not receiving an SMS with the verification code, we recommend ensuring that you have the latest version of the app. If the issue persists, delete the app and reinstall it. We also recommend updating to the latest version for both the app and the operating system.


Not receiving SMS during website login:

Ensure that all information is correct for login. If you're not receiving an SMS code, we recommend changing your password to one you've never used before. It may be due to a previous leak of your password that prevents you from logging in and/or not receiving the verification code.

If you still don't receive an SMS verification, we recommend sending the verification to your email address instead if it's registered to your account. Alternatively, you can try using a different web browser.
