Have you received a control sanction even though you've paid using the EasyPark app?

First, ensure that your parking is valid. Feel free to use the parking confirmation, which you can find in the history under "My Parkings," and check the following:

  1. Did you use the correct tariff group?

  2. Did you use the correct license plate number?

  3. Was your parking active when the control sanction was imposed?'

  4. What is the reason for the imposition? There is often a reason described at the top of the control sanction.

If you have valid parking and want to contest the control sanction, you can find more information on how to submit a complaint on the website of the relevant parking operator.


Note: Easypark does not issue fines as it is the parking operators who manage the areas that carry out these checks.
