Invoice Received After Using the EasyPark App?
If you used your phone to manually start a parking session and then received an invoice for the same time, it likely means you used the wrong area code and parked in a camera-monitored area. In these situations, the parking operator will issue an invoice.
What can I do now?
We recommend that you pay the invoice by the due date to avoid potential extra fees.
Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure you start your parking session with the correct area code, including those for camera parking locations. Always check the on-site signs for the correct area code.
Paid via payment machine but EasyPark also charged?
This might have happened because the area you have parked at, was an automatic camera parking location. In these cases, please be in contact with our customer care.
