Can I get a refund for the parking fee?
If you paid for parking in a different area by mistake, this does not provide grounds for a refund, even if you received a fine.
You are responsible for ensuring correct registration in the app.
If the app does not work, it is your own responsibility to pay for your parking through the parking meter, garage or elsewhere to prevent receiving a fine.
