How do I check why I received the fine?
Let's investigate what happened:
Check your EasyPark app: Open the app and look at your recent parking sessions.
Was there an active parking session when you received the fine?
Did the license plate number and zone number match?
Look at the fine itself: The reason for the fine is usually printed on the ticket. The name of the organization that issued it (such as the municipality or a parking company) will also be there.
Still unsure? Contact the parking operator directly: You can usually find their contact information on the back or bottom of the fine.
