How do I check and update my phone's system version?

To use the EasyPark app, your phone’s security features must be up-to-date. This ensures the app runs smoothly and securely. Here’s how to check and update your device’s operating system.

Compatible Operating System Versions:

The EasyPark app is compatible with the following operating system versions:

• Android: Version 6 or later

• Apple iOS: Version 16 or later

For security reasons, you must keep your phone’s operating system up-to-date to use the app. The latest security updates are only available in newer system versions.

How to Check and Update Your Operating System:

For Android Devices:

1. Check Your Version:

   • Go to Settings → About phone → Software information.

2. Update Your Operating System:

   • Go to Settings → System → System update.

For Apple Devices:

1. Check Your Version:

   • Go to Settings → General → About.

2. Update Your Operating System:

   • Go to Settings → General → Software Update → Download and Install.

Older Devices and Compatibility:
