At EasyPark, we aim to provide a smooth parking experience. However, we do not issue parking fines or enforcement fees. If you receive a fine or enforcement fee, there are a few steps you can take to investigate and address the issue. Here's what you need to know:
1. Investigating the Fine or Enforcement Fee
When a fine or enforcement fee is issued, it’s important to determine the cause. Check the following:
Violation of Parking Rules: Did you park in a restricted area or violate any local parking rules or regulations?
Correct Zone: Did you start the parking session in the correct parking zone?
Correct License Plate Number: Was your parking session initiated with the correct vehicle license plate number?
Active Session: Was your parking session still active when the fine or enforcement fee was issued?
These are the most common reasons for receiving a fine or enforcement fee.
2. How to Appeal or Dispute the Fine
If you believe the fine or enforcement fee was issued in error, follow the instructions on the ticket to file a formal appeal with the issuer. EasyPark cannot intervene or influence fines or enforcement fees that have already been issued.
If you need a parking receipt to assist with your appeal:
Download the receipt directly from the EasyPark app or website by logging in with your phone number and password.
3. Reporting the Fine or Enforcement Fee to EasyPark
If you’d like EasyPark to investigate the fine or enforcement fee you received, you can report it through the app. Here’s how:
Open the EasyPark app and go to your Parking History.
From the map view, select the Menu (three lines) → Activity → History.
Find the parking session in question.
Tap Report Fine and fill out the form, providing a photo or copy of the fine or enforcement fee.
This will allow us to collect all necessary details for investigation and assist you further.
We hope this helps guide you through the process. If you need further assistance, feel free to reach out to our customer support team.
