Is your camera parking still ongoing?

In some cases, your parking session may continue even after you've left the area. Possible reasons for this include:

  • Snow or dirt on the license plate: This can obstruct the camera's ability to read your license plate.

  • Additional lights above the license plate: These may interfere with the camera's recognition process.

  • Following another vehicle too closely: This can cause issues with camera recognition.

  • Temporary technical issues: The algorithm may not recognize your license plate immediately upon exit.

How to Stop an Ongoing Parking Session?

In some camera parking areas, you can manually end the parking session through the app. To do this:

  1. Open the EasyPark app.

  2. Find the ongoing parking session at the top of the app.

  3. Swipe the screen downwards to reveal the option "Parking session didn't stop."

  4. Press "Parking session didn't stop" to manually end the parking session.

What If You Can’t Stop the Parking Session Yourself?

If you can’t find the option to end the session manually, it means you're unable to stop it yourself. In this case, please contact our customer care team, and we will assist you with closing the parking session.
