Can I change my registered phone number?

Your account is linked directly to your phone number, preventing modifications to it. If you have a new phone number, we advise you to contact our customer care team to change your phone number.

Please note: If you delete your old account, this action will result in the loss of access to your parking history. Therefore, ensure you download any required receipts beforehand. We can also help you by sending your parking and payment history upon request.
