How do I delete my EasyPark Private account?

Via the EasyPark App:

  1. Open the EasyPark app.

  2. Navigate to Menu > Account.

  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the deletion. You’ll receive a confirmation once it’s complete.

Via the self-service portal

  1. Go to the EasyPark account management page.

  2. Log in with your credentials.

  3. Scroll to the bottom and click Delete Account.

  4. Follow the steps shown on screen.

Note: Deleting your account will remove access to your data, including receipts and parking history.

To close or delete your account, ensure you don't have an active subscription like EasyPark Go. If you've recently canceled your subscription, it will take effect next month, and you cannot delete your account until it's fully canceled.

It is not possible to delete your account if you have any outstanding balance.
