Do I pay for both parking and charging in the same transaction?

EasyPark offers flexible payment options for both parking and charging services. Here's everything you need to know about how payments work and how you can manage them.

Choose Your Payment Preference:

  • Pay for Both Parking and Charging:
    You can opt to pay for both parking and charging services through the EasyPark app.

  • Pay for Charging Only:
    If parking is free, you will only be charged for the charging service.

Why Are There Two Prices Displayed?

  1. Charging Price:

    • This is the price for the electricity used to charge your vehicle.

  2. Parking Price:

    • This is the price for parking your vehicle at the charging station (if applicable).

Stopping Parking or Charging:

  1. Independent Sessions:

    • Stopping one event (either parking or charging) does not automatically stop the other.

  2. Active Sessions:

    • The session you choose to continue (parking or charging) will remain active in the app.

You have the flexibility to manage your parking and charging sessions separately within the app. Make sure to review both prices and choose your payment preference accordingly.
