Where do I find the area code?

Follow these steps to easily start a parking session using the EasyPark app:

1. Open the EasyPark App

  • While in or near your vehicle, open the app.

  • The map on the home screen will automatically place a pin at your location and suggest the current area code.

2. Verify the Area Code

  • Check the Pin Location: Ensure the pin is placed where your car is located.

  • Confirm the Area Code: Double-check that the app’s suggested area code matches the parking zone.

3. Turn On GPS and Wi-Fi for Better Accuracy

  • Enable GPS: Make sure your phone’s GPS is turned on for precise location tracking.

  • Turn on Wi-Fi: Even without connecting to a network, Wi-Fi scanning can help improve the accuracy of your phone’s location.

  • Once parking has started, you can turn GPS off if you like.

4. Still Unsure About the Area Code?

  • Look for EasyPark signs or stickers near parking meters or around the parking area.

  • These display the area code for that zone.

  • You can also manually type the area code into the top bar of the EasyPark app.
